Job Summary

Own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of an inbound sales engine, leading a team that improves demo conversion, show/no-show recovery, and stage-to-stage funnel performance. You’ll coach SDRs and Sales Associates, build follow-up sequences across email and chat, manage channel-partner lead handling, and strengthen sales standards through CRM discipline, call review scorecards, and sales training.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the inbound follow-up team, including SDRs and Sales Associates, through 1:1s, coaching, and hiring as the team scales
•Design, write, and A/B test follow-up sequences across email and chat, and run no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns
•Oversee channel partner lead handling by setting ownership, follow-up, and reporting standards and tracking partner performance
•Review sales calls and demos using a written sales scorecard, conduct calibration sessions, and coach Account Executives on discovery, objections, urgency, and booking second calls
•Own the sales knowledge base and ensure AI sales chat assistant content and sales claims are accurate and compliant

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 90,000 - 110,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or a similar commercial role
•At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching a sales team
•Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales-cycle performance
•Strong understanding of inbound sales funnels, lead management, and mid-funnel conversion
•Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and using data to diagnose funnel problems and manage performance
