Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Senior Managing Director and/or Managing Director to deliver transactions end-to-end across M&A and debt transactions.
  • •Manage and contribute to senior client relationships to deliver exceptional client experience and repeat opportunities.
  • •Mentor and coach junior colleagues, helping shape team capability and a collaborative culture.
  • •Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, prospective clients, and referrers to support deal origination and practice growth.
  • •Partner with global colleagues on cross-border transactions and related business development initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 6-7 years of professional experience in M&A or lead advisory.
  • •Strong client and team management capabilities.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, clients, and referrers.
  • •Confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to deals.
  • •Authorized to work in Australia.
