  • •Lead workplace operations across the India Market Office portfolio, ensuring consistent, compliant, high-quality service delivery.
  • •Steer and manage workplace services including hard and soft facilities management and related support services.
  • •Develop and optimize workplace services to enhance employee experience, service quality, operational efficiency, and sustainability outcomes.
  • •Manage supplier sourcing, tendering, contract management, and vendor performance reviews in partnership with Procurement.
  • •Lead workplace projects/refurbishments and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in Workplace Management, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or a related field.
  • •Experience managing a complex, multi-site portfolio and outsourced workplace services/vendor partners.
  • •Proven experience managing workplace operational and capital budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).
  • •Experience leading workplace projects, refurbishment initiatives, and service improvement programs.
  • •Experience leading people/teams and/or outsourced service providers and working with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
