Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of direct FP&A experience in financial and strategic analysis, including developing and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • •Highly analytical with excellent verbal and written communication skills, initiative, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • •Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with expertise building and managing complex financial models.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with strong knowledge of accounting and high integrity/ethics.
  • •Ability to design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and/or BI tools (e.g., Looker), and ensure data accuracy through quality controls.
