Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate within a self-directed team to plan, organize, and execute daily production tasks with minimal supervision.
  • •Rotate across multiple roles and responsibilities to support team flexibility, workflow efficiency, and cross-training.
  • •Operate manufacturing equipment from rinser, filler, capper, labeler, case packer, and palletizer ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • •Perform tasks related to ingredient and bulk liquid movements using SAP, including unloading/receiving, process orders, and inventory management.
  • •Maintain logs/records, follow GMP, MSS, 5S, and autonomous maintenance (AM) practices to drive line OEE and safety.
