Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily operation of the production team to ensure team members work effectively in line with business priorities.
  • •Meet or exceed production/revenue and gross margin targets by minimizing waste and supporting SIOP execution with operations information.
  • •Manage and prioritize staffing assignments with Operations Managers and Bargaining Unit Leads to meet customer demand and production schedules.
  • •Coordinate employee training, ensure procedures meet quality requirements, and resolve/escalate issues with quality, processes, equipment, materials, and labor.
  • •Update production metrics, facilitate regular team communication, support continuous productivity/quality improvements, and enforce safety and environmental principles.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates Degree with 3+ years of supervisory/people leadership OR a High School Diploma with 5+ years of supervisory/people leadership experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •U.S. persons required due to ITAR-covered hardware access (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
  • •No relocation; must reside within a 70 mile radius of the Davenport, IA facility (Active-Duty Military exempt).
