Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial and project controls oversight on complex infrastructure projects from start-up through execution, closeout, and dispute resolution.
  • •Support pricing development and manage risks/contingencies, including avoidance of scope creep.
  • •Proactively manage project and contract changes, including claims management and resolution.
  • •Support contract setup aligned to client project control standards and assist in development of SOW proposals and negotiation positions.
  • •Maintain contract audit files and support monitoring of commercial metrics such as earned value, cost tracking, schedule, cash flow, and change orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, legal studies, business management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years supporting major infrastructure capital projects, including delivery of equipment/materials requiring long lead procurement.
  • •Experience in construction contract change management, claims analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Background in project controls including cost forecasting, schedule analysis, and risk management.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and organization skills; able to mitigate cost and risk exposure in fast-paced environments.
