Remediation Department Manager

Lead environmental remediation department operations across the Gulf Coast and South-Central markets, combining client partnership and business development with day-to-day delivery excellence. Drive growth in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas by strengthening strategic relationships, building pursuit strategy, and using KPIs/analytics to manage pipeline health. Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team across multiple offices, ensuring quality standards, budget discipline, and successful, lower-risk project execution.
