Job Summary

Lead engineering and industrial activities for the Cybersécurity Avionic Backbone segment, coordinating multi-discipline teams (hardware, low-layer software, product, test means, and industrialization). Partner with the engineer lead and bid team to shape offer objectives around costs, planning, and technical solutions, build the WBS/OBS/PBS and development/test strategy, consolidate and challenge business data, and produce the technical file and estimate.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the engineering lead, STA, Bid Manager, commercial and offer PDA to own offer objectives (segment issues, costs, planning, technical solution).
•Develop and maintain the offer solution with WBS/OBS/PBS, development plan, test strategy, and planning in collaboration with the offer PDA.
•Coordinate and align all disciplines to achieve objectives across hardware, low-layer software, product, and industrial engineering.
•Consolidate and challenge business data, and translate segment offer priorities into discipline execution.
•Ensure business commitment through estimate validation, resource/skills availability, and footprint selection.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years’ experience building strong knowledge of technical domains (systems, electronics, or real-time software), processes, and financial aspects.
•Certified aerospace experience (DO254 / DO178B / DO160).
•Strong understanding of multi-discipline offer management and how objectives translate into cost and planning.
•Able to act as a multi-discipline orchestra leader across software, product, systems, and configuration management.
•Demonstrated ability to validate estimates and manage resource/skills availability and footprint choices.
