Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the engineering lead, STA, Bid Manager, commercial and offer PDA to own offer objectives (segment issues, costs, planning, technical solution).
  • •Develop and maintain the offer solution with WBS/OBS/PBS, development plan, test strategy, and planning in collaboration with the offer PDA.
  • •Coordinate and align all disciplines to achieve objectives across hardware, low-layer software, product, and industrial engineering.
  • •Consolidate and challenge business data, and translate segment offer priorities into discipline execution.
  • •Ensure business commitment through estimate validation, resource/skills availability, and footprint selection.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years’ experience building strong knowledge of technical domains (systems, electronics, or real-time software), processes, and financial aspects.
  • •Certified aerospace experience (DO254 / DO178B / DO160).
  • •Strong understanding of multi-discipline offer management and how objectives translate into cost and planning.
  • •Able to act as a multi-discipline orchestra leader across software, product, systems, and configuration management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to validate estimates and manage resource/skills availability and footprint choices.
