Job Summary

Execute merchant data validation for global Amex Offers and support investigations/complaints across global markets, including US offers. Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver offers within SLAs, ensure consistent standards, manage escalations, and perform quality review. Drive efficiency and risk reduction through automation/AI in campaign execution, handle change requests, and collaborate across AODM and global marketing partners while cross-skilling for other regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver merchant data validation for global Amex Offers, partnering with regional stakeholders to meet defined SLAs and manage escalations.
•Manage investigations/complaints for global markets (including US and global offers).
•Drive efficiency, standardization, accuracy, and risk reduction through automation/AI in the campaign execution process.
•Execute timely change requests applicable to the offers construct.
•Manage stakeholders and streamline/process-transform using AI and enterprise technologies; perform quality review of all components.

Key Requirements

•Is currently a fresher with maximum 11 months work experience.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly convey complex messages in writing and verbally.
•Hands-on experience creating dashboards on sales data using Power BI, Excel, and PPT, with advanced Excel knowledge.
•Demonstrated analytical, systematic problem-solving approach; knowledge of AI tools (GPT & Copilot), VBA, Tableau, Python, and SAS is highly desirable.
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a non-B.Tech graduate degree from a reputed college; ability to manage global stakeholders across locations.
