Job Summary

Represent the future Willow operations and maintenance (O&M) organization within the project team, focusing on mechanical completion and commissioning of the Willow Central Facility and drill sites. Lead fabrication-yard and North Slope execution, coordinate design input, and support operations readiness planning and full-field production startup. Partner with O&M leadership, North Slope Operations, construction/commissioning teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups to ensure safe, reliable, cost-effective lifecycle outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide hands-on planning, support, and execution of fabrication and commissioning in the fab yard, and final hookup and commissioning on the North Slope.
•Lead safety leadership by applying field operational experience to HSE processes and influencing process safety focus through O&M procedures and human factors.
•Support FAT participation by traveling to engage with vendors and help identify issues and develop fit-for-purpose solutions for operability and maintainability.
•Partner on operations readiness planning, including standard operating and preventative maintenance procedures, O&M workflow development, information/documentation management, and early O&M organization design.
•Provide design input for WCF and drill site final design changes, and support production startup and early operations/well delivery with lifecycle cost and reliability considerations.

Key Requirements

•Legally authorized to work in the United States.
•Valid/current driver’s license.
•5 or more years of arctic industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
•Intermediate knowledge of industrial mechanical and rotating equipment plus related maintenance and material handling systems for oil/chemical processing, gas compression, power generation and wells.
•Intermediate proficiency with business computer and communications systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
