Accounting Manager

Own GL accounting and support month-end close for TikTok’s Americas region (US, Canada, and LATAM). Partner with cross-functional teams and auditors to drive audit request completion, analyze accounting implications of new products and business changes, and operationalize complex transactions across global teams. Maintain an accounting policy manual, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and assess internal controls while collaborating with teams including accounting leadership in Beijing.
