Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, safe storage, and issuing warehouse items for suppliers and customers, including conducting physical counts and monitoring production material status. Implements good warehousing procedures for inventory control, maintains adequate stock levels, and manages ERP system bookings, cycle counts, and stock card accuracy. Checks deliveries against specifications, issues parts vs. work orders, coordinates loading/unloading, handles chemical products, and supports EHS practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging deliveries; verify conformance to specifications and prepare receiving reports.
•Ensure proper warehousing procedures for recording, storage, and inventory control; maintain adequate stock levels.
•Perform physical inventory counts, manage excess stock, and ensure ERP stock accuracy using ERP system bookings.
•Accurately issue parts and materials versus work orders, and ensure proper rotation, storage, and issuance of materials/components.
•Adhere to EHS practices, conduct regular warehouse inspections for security/material condition, and safeguard inventory against breakage or loss.

Key Requirements

•Completed at least a vocational program or a 2-year college program, or a combination of education and work experience.
•1 to 4 years of experience in warehousing.
•Working knowledge of warehouse operations such as receiving, shipping, and stockroom.
•Knowledge of cycle count and maintaining inventory controls.
•Experience operating a forklift with NCII license is a plus; working knowledge of ERP system and barcode process.
