•Support DC network production systems by identifying, resolving, and maintaining system settings and configurations.
•Develop and implement SQL scripts for scripting and data collection requests.
•Conduct regular system user audits to ensure compliance and accuracy for internal and external needs.
•Assess performance of DC systems and recommend continuous performance improvements.
•Partner with IT WMS Support, Operations, engineers, and reporting specialists to translate requirements and build reporting tools.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of technical and operational experience with WMS systems, including Warehouse Management System development and support.

•Working knowledge of DC operational practices and procedures, plus supply chain and WMS concepts.
•Experience with relevant tools and environments including Jira, Confluence, Windows Server/Windows, and RHEL (and related reporting platforms).
