Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and upgrade the Demand/Supply Balanced Plan generated by the IBP Supply Solver, setting the weekly supply plan through month 4.
  • •Develop formulations and packaging supply plans for the 0–4 month horizon in weekly buckets within IBP and use scenarios to evaluate alternate supply solutions.
  • •Manage gaps and risks in the plan by identifying system-not-accounted options and coordinating with stakeholders (e.g., expedited delivery, additional labour).
  • •Maintain and create master data for existing SKUs through MDG Tool and ServiceNow tickets (SKU creation, extend, update).
  • •Lead Weekly Supply S&OE and Monthly Supply Review, own key reports (e.g., inventory projection, slow-moving inventory), and coordinate cross-functionally for New Product Introduction and stock transfer execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical/production/mechanical/supply chain management or equivalent.
  • •8–10 years of experience across functional supply chain roles plus manufacturing, procurement, finance, or another business function in a multinational environment.
  • •Advanced supply chain and/or project management certification preferred (CSCP, CPIM, CPM).
  • •High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •ERP experience required (SAP preferred), with direct planning-role experience and advanced experience in planning systems.
