  • •Review and analyze experimental process flows to find defect anomalies and quarantine out-of-control process tools.
  • •Use inline process signals to drive process improvements and work with new inspection tools/strategies for earlier problem detection.
  • •Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies using a “who needs to know this now?” approach.
  • •Build and improve techniques that use existing tools to identify relevant process issues.
  • •Participate in technical meetings and collaborate across the global network to develop best-known methods and maintain site alignment.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field plus 4–6 years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • •At least 3 years of RDA experience identifying and resolving defect integration issues.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques and equipment concepts.
  • •Basic data science/data manipulation skills (scripting, coding, programming).
  • •Excellent technical, analytical, and verbal/written English communication skills.
