Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive closure of nonconformance tickets for outsourced/vendor piece parts found during production, inspection, receiving, and inventory processes.
  • •Review vendor piece part issues, assess containment and sample inspection needs, and manage containment scope and coordination.
  • •Oversee sorting and weekend activities for nonconforming product, coordinating removal of impacted parts from the production flow.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering to review issues and dispositions while ensuring adherence to Supplier Quality SLA metrics.
  • •Execute nonconformance management for vendor parts, including RTV/RMA coordination, supplier notifications, and trend analysis for process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalency)
  • •3+ years in a quality-related, engineering, or supply chain field, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical requirements, and quality tools
  • •Experience reading engineering drawings, including GD&T
  • •Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or similar) and nonconformance/MRB processes
