Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition charter for the Global Technology Center (GTC), owning TA strategy, delivery, capability building, and stakeholder partnerships across technology and corporate hiring. Design and scale a high-performing TA function with workforce planning, governance (SLAs/quality/compliance), and data-driven talent intelligence. Drive recruiting lifecycle execution, employer branding and talent outreach, recruitment analytics, and team leadership to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to business objectives, workforce planning, and future capability needs.
•Establish governance for TA delivery (SLAs, quality metrics, compliance standards, and dashboard-based reporting) and optimize recruitment budgets and hiring costs.
•Drive the full recruitment lifecycle across technology, digital, corporate, and leadership roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer negotiation.
•Implement TA operations frameworks (SOPs, documentation, audits, and compliance), track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, and quality), and strengthen recruitment analytics.
•Build and lead the TA team, coaching and developing recruiters, setting goals and performance expectations, and aligning with senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) with specialization in human resources, personnel management, or related field.
•Certifications in SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR, or CIPD Level 7 (added advantage).
•9-12 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3-4 years in a TA lead or related role.
•Proven GCC/shared services and technology hiring experience, with success leading end-to-end TA strategy, workforce planning, capability building, and process excellence.
•Expertise in hiring across technology, digital, product, analytics, and corporate functions, plus strong recruitment analytics and ATS-based recruitment tooling experience.
