Job Summary

Lead disciplined program management for key HBS initiatives, driving operating cadence, governance, and execution across business reviews, L-calendar management, and MOS tracking. Plan and support customer and leadership events, manage strategic transformation programs to simplify processes and improve efficiency, and deliver analytics and dashboards for critical projects. Partner with HBS President, global and regional leadership, and functional stakeholders to align outcomes in a highly matrix environment while enhancing collaboration and execution.
