Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, triage, and route inbound calls from buyers, sellers, and auction partners; answer questions on arbitration claims, policies, and procedures.
  • •Verify claim validity and take ownership of simple claims that can be resolved without escalation, ensuring compliance with arbitration standards and policies.
  • •Monitor claim status, communicate updates, and manage the lifecycle from initial report through resolution with accurate documentation and summaries.
  • •Ensure required documentation is received, organized, uploaded, and that missing or incomplete information is acknowledged and communicated.
  • •Serve as point of contact for Vehicle Control Files (VCF): coordinate inspections, upload inspection information, and record/monitor repair journey updates in the claim system and Salesforce notes.
