Job Summary

Drive business performance management and COO KPI visibility across functions and markets. Lead OKR and budgeting PMO cycles, analyzing variances, surfacing risks early, and enabling course corrections. Own integrated strategy-to-execution planning (strategy, budget, OKRs, and roadmaps) and define company KPIs for alignment and board/executive reporting. Also lead high-stakes cross-functional special projects and drive AI adoption to improve productivity within performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own visibility of COO functional KPIs across functions and markets, surfacing risks and opportunities early and driving turnaround when metrics deviate
•Lead OKR and budgeting cycles, tracking performance, analyzing variances, and improving governance and planning for financial planning
•Translate vision into executable plans by leading annual and multi-year strategic planning, competitive analysis, and integrated business planning
•Define company KPIs, monitor strategic initiative progress, align business units, and support COO with board/executive reporting
•Lead cross-functional special projects and drive AI adoption efforts to replace manual reporting and accelerate analysis

Key Requirements

•3+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or performance management, ideally in tech or a fast-paced consumer business
•Ability to drive innovation and impact through thought leadership
•Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving with data-driven decision-making
•Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally, turning complexity into actionable outputs
•Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis; SQL, BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau are strongly preferred
