Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product development and deployment lifecycle for new technology-driven products, services, and features. Drive discovery through user needs, business requirements, scope, milestones, and functional/technical specifications. Analyze complex use cases to produce actionable technical and business insights that shape the roadmap. Build and manage data collection and analytics methodologies, metrics, and reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver growth strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle—from conceptualization through build, launch, and growth—by understanding user needs.
•Identify business opportunities, collect requirements, define scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications for leadership discussions.
•Analyze complex technologies and use cases to generate technical and business insights that influence the product development roadmap.
•Plan, design, and manage data collection and data analysis methodologies, tools, and systems to drive continuous product innovation and optimization.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals; provide stakeholder status updates on timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 388,918 - 396,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology/Business Administration/Business Analytics/Marketing or related field plus 2 years of related work experience; or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related experience.
•2 years of experience conducting user research, competitor analysis, or market science analysis, including customer interviews, survey questionnaire collection, and UX survey design.
•2 years of experience designing A/B tests and defining business value metrics to measure feature performance.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, ROI estimation, and revenue generation.
•Experience using Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map; and designing, managing product roadmaps with KPIs and OKRs across stakeholders.
