Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform restoration services including demolition, debris removal, content cleaning, and assist with mold and biohazard clean-up.
  • •Operate specialized equipment and execute restoration procedures in line with safety and quality standards.
  • •Create and maintain accurate job documentation such as measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, and work orders in job management systems.
  • •Communicate work details and job status clearly with clients, managers, and team members.
  • •Maintain an orderly worksite and organized, stocked work truck; assist other departments and participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1+ years of experience in water damage restoration (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with water, mold, or fire damage restoration (preferred).
  • •Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
  • •Ability to follow instructions, work safely with required PPE, and perform physical tasks (stand, climb, pull, lift) and outdoor work in all weather.
