Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee complex supplier quality projects and lead supplier quality performance management activities while mitigating emerging supply-base risks.
  • •Act as a subject-matter expert and partner across Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Supplier Management to improve supplier performance.
  • •Serve as the Interiors SBU focal for the supplier quality function.
  • •Support supplier non-conformance management and corrective action activities, including ETQ corrective action management and QN processing.
  • •Host 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits and manage site compliance to supplier quality processes, plus maintain Approved Supplier List administration within ERP/ASL tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Knowledge of key supplier quality processes such as supplier auditing, RCCA management, KPI oversight, and risk-based improvement initiatives.
  • •Cross-functional project management experience working with external suppliers and peer functions.
  • •Strong understanding of problem-solving methodologies including 8D, APQP, and PPAP.
  • •Experience ensuring compliance with aerospace QMS certifications/standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO9120.
