  • •Define and manage the TPG AI portfolio, including priorities, roadmaps, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive decision points.
  • •Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align AI investments with business outcomes and multi-year value goals.
  • •Develop executive reporting, performance indicators, and value realization frameworks for AI initiatives.
  • •Partner with Finance and Business Operations on resource planning, case development, capacity modeling, and long-range planning.
  • •Build and lead the program management function while embedding responsible AI practices, security, IP protection, governance, and organizational change.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •10 years of strategic program management, technical program management, or related leadership experience.
  • •Experience leading multi-year transformation programs across technical, business, and executive stakeholder groups.
  • •Strong understanding of AI-enabled transformation, engineering efficiency, change management, and organizational capability building.
  • •Outstanding executive communication and persuasion skills in a matrixed global environment, with willingness to travel as needed.
