Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and obtain feedback from immigrant communities to understand trends, needs, and service gaps.
  • •Share information on policy updates and connect individuals to internal and external resources.
  • •Conduct regular outreach, identify community needs, provide follow-up support, and make referrals to appropriate services.
  • •Plan and participate in educational groups, workshops, and community-building activities in person and virtually.
  • •Document plans, activities, outcomes, referrals, and follow-up actions; maintain timely and accurate client files and case notes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 24.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Mature and personal Christian faith and ability to affirm/acknowledge World Relief core beliefs and statement of faith.
  • •Fluency in Spanish or Ukrainian required.
  • •Be a member of an immigrant community.
  • •Valid drivers license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to pass MVR standards.
  • •MS Office skills required.
