Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the design, layout, and optimization of DRAM memory arrays, peripheral logic, and analog circuits.
  • •Leverage AI-based tools and agentic workflows to accelerate schematic optimization, design-space exploration, parasitic analysis, and corner coverage.
  • •Improve debug efficiency across simulation and silicon learning loops.
  • •Oversee layout activities including floor-planning, placement, and routing, and define semicustom methodology for memory design.
  • •Perform circuit-level verification for functional, timing, power, and reliability using industry standard and Micron-specific simulators/tools, and collaborate across groups to integrate AI-driven flows into design sign-off environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with 4-8 years of experience in memory design.
  • •Strong fundamentals in CMOS circuit design, device physics, and memory operation.
  • •Experience with SPICE-based simulation and parasitic extraction.
  • •Preferred: Domain knowledge in DRAM design (DDR5, LPDDR5, or HBM) or related memory fields.
  • •Preferred: Experience with AI/ML-assisted design flows, agentic AI, or advanced automation in circuit design and verification.
