Sales Support Associate III

Provide warm, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and on a well-maintained sales floor, serving as a brand ambassador for Coach. Operate POS accurately, manage cash and media in line with policy, and support add-on sales, gift cards, and customer information capture where permitted. Handle receiving, shipments, stockroom organization, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising updates while following Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards.
