Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Sales and Fulfillment teams through the quote-to-cash process by ensuring orders and related audit activities are accurate and on time.
  • •Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account issues using systems such as Salesforce and Zuora.
  • •Review billing accounts and audit records to identify discrepancies, validate data accuracy, and recommend escalation when needed.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve casework and improve operational workflows.
  • •Communicate status, issues, and findings clearly to help stakeholders make timely decisions and maintain audit operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in order management, audit, finance operations, billing operations, or a related business function.
  • •Preferred background in Finance or Accounting with understanding of billing flows, account analysis, or recurring contract structures.
  • •Working knowledge of CRM or business systems, preferably Salesforce, and ability to learn Zuora quickly.
  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with numbers, account records, and time-sensitive tasks.
  • •Clear written and verbal English communication, with judgment to solve issues independently and escalate when appropriate.
