Administer the Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Exam as a Registered Nurse by proctoring computerized and clinical skills sections, objectively observing and scoring candidates, and ensuring a secure, well-prepared test environment. Support seamless test delivery by verifying identification, monitoring the testing flow, resolving or escalating candidate issues, coordinating rosters/appointments, and building strong relationships with testing sites and candidates across locations within your assigned radius.

•Proctor computerized knowledge-based exams and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills.
•Prepare and control test events by monitoring rosters, ensuring site setup/cleanup, and maintaining knowledge of Prometric policies.
•Verify identification, monitor candidates during exams, and manage the testing environment to support candidate flow.
•Protect exam content by administering computer-based testing and resolving candidate issues or escalating them to supervisors.
•Coordinate candidate rosters and maintain an online appointment schedule while serving as a brand ambassador with candidates and site partners.

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
•1 year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.
•Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications (including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing).
•Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
•Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and the ability to travel 30 miles or more one way from your zip code.
