Hardware Lead

Design and test mechanical systems and components for AI-driven robots, producing detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings. Provide hands-on technical leadership to the technician team by translating designs into build instructions, mentoring on mechanical design principles, and ensuring quality and design intent. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate mechanical components with electrical and software systems, run simulations and performance testing, and coordinate component sourcing with vendors and procurement.
