Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business priorities.
  • •Lead long-term planning, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and monthly actuals variance analysis.
  • •Perform in-depth reviews of forecasted financials and ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy of financial data and reporting.
  • •Develop and deliver executive financial reporting and presentations, including consolidated insights and performance against operating metrics.
  • •Coordinate SOX control deliverables and external audit efforts, and drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •7+ years of related work experience, preferably in FP&A (forecasting, planning, and analysis).
  • •Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience with Workday GL and TM1 (plus).
  • •Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently resolve complex issues while managing multiple priorities.
