Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Manage a portfolio of complex commercial banking relationships while acquiring new business opportunities from assigned customers and targeted prospects (typically with annual sales of $15MM+). Serve as the primary advisor to drive customer satisfaction and retention, cross-sell products with partners, and analyze portfolio risk to enhance profitability. Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring and pricing, and support resolution of customer issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
