Job Summary

Senior Structural Engineer responsible for applying in-depth knowledge to solve complex structural problems on the Mozambique LNG project. Key Responsibilities

•Support construction activities by ensuring materials and drawings are delivered on schedule and act as the interface between site and home office.
•Lead field engineering activities, including design changes and coordination with discipline engineers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
•Provide QA/QC support and assist in interpreting drawings, specifications, and related documents at the construction site.
•Coordinate with home office to resolve issues and maintain up-to-date master engineering documentation at the site contractor’s office.
•Lead technical meetings, manage field design changes, and ensure procurement, fabrication, and installation documentation meets contract requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
•10-15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with major contractors or consultants.
•Thorough knowledge of Excel spreadsheet and project scheduling.
•Familiarity with AutoCAD.
•Strong communication and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
