Key Responsibilities

•Lead Enterprise TA strategic initiatives: drive high-impact projects across the TA lifecycle, define problem statements, design solutions, and lead implementation for TA-wide improvements.
•Deliver advanced data insights & BI: conduct deep-dive analyses of TA data and translate findings into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
•Mature TA analytics capabilities: develop a roadmap for data maturity, governance, predictive models, and self-service reporting for TA stakeholders.
•Optimize systems & process excellence: partner with TA leadership on ATS/CRM/HRIS enhancements and best practices to improve data quality and recruiter experience.
•Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with executive leadership, HR, People Analytics, and Finance to align TA with business objectives.

Key Requirements

•Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or a highly analytical role within a Talent Acquisition or HR function.
•Advanced Analytical Prowess: deep proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization with ability to develop predictive insights.
•Business Acumen: ability to connect TA initiatives to broader business objectives and develop plans to address opportunities and risks.
•Adaptability and growth mindset: hungry to learn and comfortable adapting quickly.
•Leadership & Influence: track record of leading without direct authority and communicating with executive audiences.
