•Coordinate with project teams to ensure review findings are clear and actionable

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125 - 150 hourly

Key Requirements

•Licensed architect or engineer or ICC certification (Building/Combination/Fire Plans Examiner or MCP)
•15+ years of commercial construction experience with robust QA/QC and permit/correction-letter experience
•10+ years of commercial experience with AHJ or third-party plan review (optional if 15+ years)
•Comfort reviewing plans on screen in a web app and ability to cite IBC tables
•Strong knowledge of IBC code and plan coordination across egress, fire-resistance, accessibility, structural, and MEP disciplines
