Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer deployments from concept/pilot to production with enterprise-grade reliability
  • •Translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical, high-performance systems for real-world needs
  • •Design and implement agentic voice AI solutions that integrate into customer workflows and infrastructure
  • •Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-driven systems in collaboration with enterprise customers
  • •Define success criteria with customers and ensure meaningful outcomes on Cartesia’s platform

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

  • •Technical leadership with the ability to execute and deliver zero-to-one solutions in ambiguous, customer-driven environments
  • •Ability to rapidly prototype solutions end to end and evolve them into scalable, production-ready systems
  • •Comfort with new technologies and the ability to adapt skills to our tech stack (Python on the backend, Go and TypeScript preferred)
  • •Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers
  • •Experience translating customer problems into effective AI-powered solutions
