Job Summary

Lead Revlon’s global corporate tax strategy and governance, overseeing tax planning, ASC 740 tax accounting, compliance, transfer pricing, and tax risk management across jurisdictions. Manage audits and authority relationships, drive remediation and process improvements, and partner cross-functionally on enterprise initiatives such as legal entity rationalization and restructurings. Report to the Chief Accounting Officer and lead a high-performing global tax team.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and execute enterprise-wide global tax strategy, balancing effective tax rate, cash tax optimization, and risk posture across jurisdictions.
•Direct tax accounting under U.S. GAAP/ASC 740, including quarterly and annual tax provisions, reserves, documentation, and SOX 404 controls.
•Ensure accurate and timely global direct tax filings and manage U.S. federal consolidated and state return processes, including transfer pricing requirements.
•Lead global tax audits, inquiries, and disputes; manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
•Build, mentor, and lead the global tax team, establishing governance frameworks, internal controls, and decision rights/escalation protocols.

Salary: USD 260,000 - 320,000 annually

•15+ years of progressive tax leadership experience, including significant multinational experience.
•Deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax, including tax accounting under U.S. GAAP (ASC 740) and statutory reporting.
•Expert knowledge of global tax regulations and transfer pricing requirements, including governance of uncertain tax positions.
•Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex cross-border issues, audits, and external advisor relationships.
•CPA (or equivalent) plus a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
