Manager, Production - Solar Cell Factory (Starlink)

Lead daily operations for high-volume space-grade solar cell production lines, driving ramp-up and sustained throughput. Own end-to-end performance metrics such as yield, cycle time, throughput, and cost-per-watt. Build and develop a 24/7 production team, implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and collaborate across organizations to maximize line uptime. Track production KPIs, champion safety and regulatory compliance, and help shape a production organization enabling Starlink’s in-orbit AI power needs.
