Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the global end-to-end strategy across co-sell, resell, marketing, and product integration.
  • •Partner with global sales teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ to hit annual sales targets via sales plays.
  • •Collaborate with technical experts to develop joint solutions and create enablement materials for partner and Snowflake teams.
  • •Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior executives and work with marketing teams on joint programs.
  • •Foster relationships across Product, Legal, and Professional Services to ensure seamless partner experiences and track joint metrics using Snowflake systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 257,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Over 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in sales and alliances and at least 3 years at a director level or higher.
  • •2+ years leading an ISV partnership that generated more than $10M in annual co-sell/resell revenue, with experience managing partnerships with Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, and/or Box.
  • •Proven success leading alliance partnerships by identifying mutual business interests, with a background in software and SaaS.
  • •Highly analytical, data-driven, and strategic mindset with capability for creative problem-solving and pragmatic execution.
  • •Strong verbal, executive presentation, and communication skills; proven track record working cross-functionally and succeeding as a self-starter.
