Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out reactive and remedial electrical work across domestic properties, including fault finding, repairs, and maintenance.
  • •Inspect, test, and certify electrical installations, completing all required documentation and compliance certification.
  • •Service and maintain electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and heating systems.
  • •Provide technical advice and support to maintenance colleagues to help resolve complex electrical issues.
  • •Ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly, and within agreed service levels and performance targets.
