Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee construction safety; notify contractor supervision of unsafe practices or conditions.
  • •Review look-ahead schedules and coordinate upcoming work, testing/inspection needs, and equipment/resources across stakeholders.
  • •Manage construction readiness and documentation workflows (RFC, submittals, RFIs, DCNs, FCNs), and ensure quality/punch list, commissioning, and warranty oversight through closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management (or related) plus 10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience managing and coordinating construction documentation and technical workflows, including Submittals, RFIs, DCNs, and FCNs.
  • •Strong owner-side experience in tunnels, underground, or heavy civil infrastructure, including tunneling and building structures (shafts/open-cut U-structures).
  • •Familiarity with CMAR delivery and rail industry experience.
