Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the development, integration, and qualification of Epi for LBC11 flows at SMFAB.
  • •Drive Epi process and device improvements using characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
  • •Collaborate with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers to achieve goals.
  • •Work with product groups to identify and optimize performance to meet critical final device parameters.
  • •Partner with vendors to deliver improvements to SMFAB such as PPH, improved cycle time, process stability, and/or equipment/process uptime.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • •5+ years in semiconductor wafer fabrication for advanced nodes
  • •3 years of Epi processing experience on AMAT and/or ASM platforms
  • •2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • •Experience developing new epi process modules from the ground up (preferred)
