Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise critical pursuits (>$20M) by formulating winning capture and client positioning strategies.
  • •Drive integrated capture strategies to improve capture and win rates and secure transformative programs.
  • •Develop and execute holistic capture plans, partnering with proposal, marketing, technical, operations, and commercial teams.
  • •Coach and train regional capture and work-winning teams, supporting adoption of positioning and pursuit playbooks across the region.
  • •Champion the sales process lifecycle with quality assurance and governance rigor, coordinating growth enabler functions and ensuring compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in critical pursuit capture strategy development aligned with business targets and growth strategy as an industry expert.
  • •Proven track record leading strategic and complex pursuit/capture strategies (NSR > £20m) across multidisciplinary and multi-locational teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational levels with experience managing large, diverse pursuit/capture teams.
  • •Expert communication skills, including facilitating collaborative workshops with inclusive stakeholder engagement.
  • •Experience showing sales production metrics and business development strategy, including client discovery, development, and value proposition creation.
