Data Scientist - Trust & Safety Operations

Partner with Trust and Safety Operations leaders to run quantitative analyses that shape strategy and mitigate incident risk. Build and maintain reports, models, metrics, and dashboards, and use SQL to power analysis and reporting. Work with Ops and Finance to measure initiative impact, identify drivers of business outcomes via regression and other statistical methods, and design experiments to improve workflows. Communicate insights and predictions to stakeholders.
