Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Trust and Safety Operations leaders to conduct in-depth quantitative analyses guiding strategic decisions.
  • •Build and maintain reports, models, metrics, and visualizations to explain user experience and business performance.
  • •Work with Ops and Finance to measure impact of Trust and Safety Operations initiatives.
  • •Maintain SQL queries and dashboards that underpin analysis and reporting infrastructure.
  • •Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and optimize workflows, while using statistical techniques to identify key outcome drivers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,200 - 162,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science.
  • •Passion for using data to drive business impact in an operational environment, including A/B experiments and causal analysis.
  • •Experience analyzing user experience data (product and survey), preferably in a technology or marketplace company.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain results to internal and external audiences.
  • •Strong SQL skills for large datasets and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), plus familiarity with statistics/programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
