Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end implementation of corporate cash management solutions for WBG and BBG clients through Sales handover, technical delivery, go-live, and handover to Customer Service.
  • •Convert Sales mandates into live, revenue-generating solutions within agreed timelines, including complex and bespoke client requirements.
  • •Lead technical integrations with client ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) across ISO 20022/XML, MT file formats, and SWIFT FileAct/SCORE; resolve connectivity and mapping issues.
  • •Run client workshops, connectivity/penny testing, UAT, and training ahead of go-live; ensure correct billing setup and first charge accuracy.
  • •Drive portfolio visibility via MIS/dashboards using AI-driven automation for reporting and predictive delivery insights; coach and develop direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years in transaction banking, including at least 4 years in cash management implementation or client integration.
  • •Proven delivery of online banking, host-to-host (SFTP/APIs), liquidity, and wallet/digital payment implementations for corporate clients.
  • •Middle East banking experience with a sound understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • •Certifications such as CertICM, PMP/Agile, or SWIFT/ISO 20022 certification preferred.
