Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive support to Relationship Managers to deliver best-in-class customer service across credit risk and client management.
  • •Own end-to-end credit application activities, including analyzing financial reports and preparing credit applications using research and data sources.
  • •Support credit-related operations, including execution of facility offer letters, drawdowns, and oversight of securities perfection and mandate documentation.
  • •Manage credit risk and operational controls, including completion of required exception and restricted approval reporting and dealing with renewals and ad hoc projects.
  • •Conduct client interaction on operational matters (including complaints resolution) and perform periodic and ad hoc reporting, research, and account conduct reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Approved credit course or related certification is required.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in credit/risk-related work.
  • •Proven ability in risk management, operational/regulatory responsibilities, credit analysis, and judgmental lending.
  • •Corporate banking background is preferable.
  • •Strong analytical skills with emphasis on credit and operational risk, plus leadership and stakeholder management ability.
