Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and rolling forecast processes; develop financial models and KPI dashboards for executive and Board decision-making.
  • •Develop and execute corporate development strategy, including acquisition/partnership/investment/divestiture evaluation, due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring.
  • •Serve as primary finance partner to sales and revenue teams: sales performance metrics, commission economics, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis to support negotiations.
  • •Design and govern enterprise pricing frameworks and pricing strategy initiatives; analyze customer economics, margins, and pricing elasticity; drive profitability improvement business cases.
  • •Facilitate enterprise strategic planning and annual refresh, align strategic objectives with financial goals, and build/mentor a high-performing finance and strategy organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, strategy, corporate development, or investment banking.
  • •Executive leadership experience managing FP&A, strategic finance, and business planning functions.
  • •Experience leading M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and complex financial analyses; track record driving profitable growth and enterprise value creation.
  • •Advanced financial modeling, valuation, pricing/profitability analysis, and strong executive communication and decision-influencing abilities.
