Key Responsibilities

  • •Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk, enable continuous cost reduction, and align with company strategy on payment terms, cash targets, delivery, and cost savings.
  • •Build relationships internally and externally and drive cross-functional alignment on sourcing opportunities.
  • •Evaluate construction project delivery methods and construction proposals using Masterformat divisions.
  • •Develop should-cost models for MEP-related equipment and identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • •Oversee the supply chain for timely delivery, anticipate shortages, manage RFPs from start to finish, and negotiate terms to meet requirements and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree or bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations, or supply chain management.
  • •6+ years of experience in one or more areas including engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material or production planning, operations, or supply chain management.
  • •Experience with material cost control, master production scheduling, and/or procurement planning.
  • •Ability to mine data from an in-house ERP using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to support decision-making.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally across internal stakeholders.
