Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Handle the day-to-day operations of SBD Foreign-Trade Zones and support compliance when opening and managing Fort Mill, Fontana, Northlake, and Hagerstown for imports and exports.
•Manage and process daily FTZ Admissions (CF214) and weekly filings (3461, 7501), ensuring accurate Customs documentation and compliance.
•Maintain records of product movements into and out of the FTZ, perform daily inventory reconciliations between SAP and FTZ software, and troubleshoot discrepancies with warehouse and MRP systems.
•Support FTZ software implementations with the FTZ Manager and maintain FTZ files and records in line with Customs law, including weekly electronic backups.
•Manage FTZ exports (CF7512), prepare quarterly Harbor Maintenance Fee payments, participate in internal audits, monitor FTZ savings, and provide annual FTZ reporting.

•Knowledge of Foreign Trade Zones Board regulations and Customs regulations as they apply to FTZ operations.
•Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of trade compliance experience; 5 years FTZ administration experience and/or Licensed Customs Broker credentials are desirable.
•Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, plus ability to work across multiple systems.
•SAP and FTZ-related platforms (One Source/Integration Point FTZ Platform, WMS.net) knowledge is highly beneficial.
•Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
